Horribly disfigured and mutated. The Brute is the strongest infantry in the battlefield, Towering over normal humans twice their size and having the physical prowess to match. Normal human beings would normally succumb easily to small arms fire but the Brutes hardened mutated skin grants them increased durability. You'd think with all this muscle the Brute are slow but despite that the Brute can easily sprint around the battlefield smashing and pulverizing enemy forces to a smudge on the ground. The Syndicate's Genetic Mutator allows Yuri to also generate a brute in an area. Though their genetic material is far less viable making them near worthless when sent to the grinder.

And what difference?
The ones from the mutator (the brownish ones on right I guess) give almost nothing when grinded. It's to block that old fast cash trick.
The Grey Brutes (Are the Mutator Ones) have little grinding value. And are immune to mind-control.
The Brown ones can be mind-controlled and are also the ones you train from the Yuri Barracks.
