Troop Centers are the Infantry Production Facility of the Soviets. From here all infantry are recruited to serve the Soviet War Machine in Combat. Recruits vary in their skill levels from lower class citizens up to the upper crust in Soviet Occupied Nations. Built with a Statue of a Cossack Soldier to provide inspiration for those willingly or unwillingly as they enter the compound. The Structure itself is partially underground where recruits take up their equipment before leaving for service.
