Civil unrest often happens within Soviet-Controlled Countries. Which eventually lead to the civilians rioting. During these riots very often the Soviet Elite Corp were deployed to settle down these incidents. Oftentimes being forced to use Anti-Riot Devices such as Water Cannons or Smoke Grenades. Enter the Dragon's Breath Flame Tank or more commonly called the Dragon Tank. Fixed on the front are two Turrets that spout out deadly flames. And mounted on the rear is a Wire-Guided Missile loaded with Smoke Bombs. Used together in combat the Dragon Tank can slow down stragglers and burn them to ash with their flamethrowers.
