On their defeat of the last war the Soviets with much of their previous armaments confiscated or forcefully disarmed in the last war. Some Loyalist Commanders had hid weapon caches in secret locations. With the advent of the new war many of these Loyalist Commanders revealed their hidden weapon caches to the Soviet Army. Arming these "Vindicator" Rockets on refurbished Fishing Boats. Rechristened as Sea Wolfs due to their sheer firepower and excellent speed these boats replace the Sea Scorpion.
So basically, this is a weaker firing, but faster moving Soviet version of the Aegis Cruiser? Just curious.
They're also anti-ground similar to the Sea Scorpion, but yeah they're Anti-Air Attacks are like the Aegis Cruiser's but weaker.
