Hatchling are newly born Giant Ants. Normally not seen outside in the field. The Hatchling despite being only in the infantile stages are still lethal in combat. Lighter and more frisky than their older bretheren the Hatchling can perform a powerful leap to attack infantry. Their mandibles though not as powerful yet can still deal damage to harder targets such as vehicles & structures.
