*This Structure Replaces the Grand Cannon for the Defense Initiative
With the Defense Initiative Allied Scientists had spearheaded the goal of finding a new replacement for the currently fielded Grand Cannon.Looking back at Einstein's research and the usage of weather manipulation as a weapons system the Weather Tower was born. Much like its bigger counterpart can generate small localized thunderstorms so to can the Weather Tower albeit on a smaller scale. This creates an effective long-range defensive network that unlike the Grand Cannon didn't have to rely on arming and recalculating a huge caliber of a gun. This does come at a cost of requiring more Power than the Grand Cannon needed to operate and the structure still had a minimum range.
