lol beam me over Scotty! That is really cool guys! :D
The vehicle moves awfully close to where they were being deployed. If it has to move so close to the deployment zone then the bullfrog has a very significant range advantage over this vehicle.

The bullfrog won't be in this mod.

The bullfrog leaves men open to anti-air attacks whie parachuting. The trade off for instant unit deloyment is reduced range. If you could teleport units as far as the bullfrog without having to worry about men being shot down before they can attack, you could end up with a really op unit (image teleporting a commando direct into an enemy base from the comfort of miles away!).

sorry I didnt mean to suggest the bullfrog would be in the mod. I was speaking in reference to Westonbirts comment about it being a nice counter part to bullfrog.
I take your point well that infantry are exposed floating down from above when ejected from the bullfrog, however I just thought if it has to get so close then it wouldnt seem to make as much difference using its teleport function (apart from upper/lower level deployment -incase this was its sole intent) over simply having them deploy normally from the vehicle since the proximity of vehicle to deployment zone is so close.
As for transporting a commando into an enemy base, the chronosphere already allows you to transport units anywhere on the map that is visible :) The obvious difference is that this vehicle is capable of teleporting infantry from w/in whereas the chronosphere would kill individual infantry. That fact was a plus when it came to opposing commandos!

The distance for the Chrono deploy will be one of the things that we'll test in the beta.

You could always have a side affect like when usibg the chrono-swap, where the units stay frozen for a small period of time. Effect looks cool though.
