Description
This defensive support building generates Psi energy that improves ally armour. When active the Psi Bubble becomes a shield to protect from incoming fire.
A bit OP, though, but simple and good design.
One question, just for balancing purpose: Is this vulnerable to bombing run?
the shield is activation only and with a timer but when active it can absorb upto a max dmg then will shut down and have a longish cool down, but if its active bombing run would impact the shield. You can always walk in the shield then your fire isn't absorbed.

Yeah, sort of.
looks really nice, but the green claws look like rubber... and it needs some bolts on the bottom ring to make it look attached to the ground.
How does it respond to tesla attacks, and can enemies walk/drive through it?
This might be difficult, but if you could replace the symbols on it with lights wich light up in a circular motion as it recharges, that would be awesome!
no, that wouldnt fit to CotS, i like the design, and, i think the green claws & symbols are faction coloured
can units inside the shiel fire outside it?
