will there be neutral civilians walking around the map?
It would be really nice but its hard to achive, BOWs must be able to attack and consume them. RPD/Parts of UC must be able to save them or perhaps gun them down by mistake and get punished for it. Parts of the UC must be able to kill them. "HEY DON'T SHOOT I AM HUMAN!" Bang! "Oh shame cause where not." -USFU (Unless your that very skilled scientist working hard for our organisation. Then we get you out and your family and your dog and your work, Bahamas or New York?) On top of that they would need decent AI to get around.. tricky business.. =/ It would be sweet tho, oh so sweet.
