I made this mod for me and my friends as we play only PvE and we wanted to play RA3 with uprising units, without superweapons, and without active special abilities from "top secret protocols" (see below).

This is my first mod I ever made so I'm not familiar with the modding scene, I hope I did it right. I did this some time ago and never touched it since. Today I have no idea how to make a mod anymore and am not willing to learn all over again, plese don't ask me to update the mod :p

How the mod works
- You have all the uprising units
- You cannot use top secret protocols, unless it's a passive like enhanced fleet and production upgrade, see below for important explanations
- You can disable superweapons in the rules section of skirmish creation
- All of the above applies to AI as well
Top secret protocols
- Every ability on the first line cost one point
- except "Honorable Discharge" for the Empire. For balance reasons, I made this skill cost 0 otherwise empire would have 1 more point to spend than others which I thought was not fair.
- Production upgrade costs 3 points to be activated

Do you have plans to flesh out the protocol list to include abilites that don't affect the battlefield such as weapon upgrades etc?
Which ones are you talking about? Like the naval upgrade for Japan Empire? It's already there.

I would like to know how do I do with these files.
I'm pretty sure you found out by now, but just in case, this is how I did it (there are other ways):
You need to acess to the directory [C:\Users\yourWindowsUsername\AppData\Roaming\Red Alert 3\Mods\], by replacing "yourWindowsUsername" by your windows username (for instance "JohnDoe"). AppData is a hidden directory if I remember well, you need to allow to display hidden files and directories.
Extract the zip file containing the mod in this directory, it should create a new directory "Pure Army" with 3 files in it.
Copy & paste your RA3 desktop shortcut at the same place then edit the copied one (right clic > properties). In the "target" field, enter (include the quotes):
"X:\Games\Red Alert 3\RA3.exe" -modconfig "C:\Users\yourWindowsUsername\AppData\Roaming\Red Alert 3\Mods\Pure Army\Pure Army_1.00.skudef"
Replace the [X:\Games\Red Alert 3] by the path of your RA3 installation.
Does this add stuff like the Tesla Tank and Emperor King Oni from the campaign too?

No, Tesla tank and Emperor King Oni are not included in this mod.
