Story:
Missiles are launched from Area 51 set on route to Washington DC, targeting the National Landmarks and Administrative Buildings of the United States of America; White House, Capitol Building, and Judicial Building, all were successfully neutralized.
Area 51 broadcasted a televised message across the entire of USA aswell as the entirety of the attack, the only words left "Join, or be eliminated", followed by the ominous ToXiC logo.
States consumed by fear, had no choice but to join ToXiC and their domination of the United States; Nevada joined, followed by California, Utah, and Arizona.
ToXiC troops marched into New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma and finally Texas. The states were threatened with destruction, eventually joined ToXiC.
Washington and Oregon rebelled, Marie Ed was created in response to ToXiC's strong rising army. Marie Ed planned to destroy ToXiC, and return normality to USA.
ToXiC was disinterested in Marie Ed, misplacing them as ants, village rebels, but Marie Ed soon grew as surrounding states, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Dakota and Nebraska joined the cause.
Nevada and Utah were attacked by Marie Ed, but ToXiC's force was too strong and pushed them back. The East, was made clear of this attack and the two factions war, they decided quickly to get their best technicians, engineers, scientists, soldiers and medics, and decided to declare war against ToXiC before they acted first.
New York, Kentucky, Virginia, Ohio and The Carolinas created an alliance, and then called themselves CLiPPER. Soon after, the entire East joined this new faction, hoping to oppose and overrule the treacherous ToXiC in terms of Troops and Artillery.
Marie Ed, ToXiC and CLiPPER fought to the centre of America, all of the states who weren't involved, being damaged in the wasteland of a battlefield.
Missouri, Illinois and Iowa were near the brink of destruction, civilians were dying in the war against the three factions, the three states decided enough was enough, gathering all their local soldiers, weapons and tanks, rebelled against the entire United States.
Louisiana, Arkansas, Kansas, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin were also in a state of ruin, decided to join their following three states in an act to survive against this war before they dissolve. Half of Nebraska and Oklahoma broke off, also joining the act of surviving.
ToXiC named their new target Ex #0; the faction themselves, incorporating a re-arrangement of this name, eventually called themselves XEON.
Only one question remains now, Commander, which side are you on?
Sides:
CLiPPER - North-East and South-East of America.
ToXiC - South-West of America.
Marie Ed - North-West of America.
XEON - Centre of America.
This is a modification which I am currently developing, I hope to make it a total conversion, including four factions (listed above).
Development may be slow, but I shall update as much as possible so you can all see where the mod is progressing.

Hey Guys, I appreciate everyone who has taken the time out of their life just to look at my mod, it's made me a happy dude people still care about Yuri's Revenge or are just curious enough to see my work.
Anywho! Currently, I am working on all the art for the factions, that includes the buildings, cameos, sidebar, pause screen, load screen etc.
I enjoy making this mod, and hopefully I will get a demo out ASAP, it will probably only include one side, but it's better than waiting eh?
So this is like a little notepad to me, so I'll just mention that I'm not good at mapping, but I want to hopefully get some help once I finish the gameplay, because I'd like to make a campaign based on my mods story!
I will try to update you guys ASAP, but please understand that I am human, and I do live my own life aswell as exams and my currently waiting to get into college, so I might have a couple months rest, but I plan to come back every so often.
I don't think I'll ever let this mod die, because this is a project I want to complete, whether it takes days, months, years, I want to finish it - for you and for me.
I hope you guys enjoy the updates that'll be coming up, I'll try to get as many in as possible. :P
Lastly, a little info if you're interested in the how the factions work.
Marie Ed will rely on solar/lunar power and animals.
ToXiC will (obviously) rely on acidic technology, including desolation and dissolving weapons.
CLiPPER are the most technilogical advanced faction here, mostly to do with the American Army, similar to Allies.
XEON are a war torn country, expect low tech buildings and stolen technology from the other factions.
