Psionic Storm has been released.

It is a mutator for UT3, a spiritual successor to UT2004's Psionics Mutator. It works both online and in solo modes, with any game type of UT3.

Even though I've set it's version to 0.5, this is far from a pre-release candidate. The simple reason is that I haven't yet implemented all the new things I wanted to for this version, and so didn't think it warranted a version 1.0 name.

But anyway, it includes everything from UT2004's Psionics Mutator and more with some extra moves, a new and vastly improved interface, new game mode and far more configurable than it's predessor.
And it looks prettier too.

Enough from me, download the mutator and blast some poor fools to oblivion.
