The Storm is Coming! Psionic Storm is the spiritual successor to the Psionics Mutator for UT2004. Psionic storm takes everything to a whole new level with new moves, gameplay options and vastly improved interface.

Description
This is it, the complete version 1.0 release of Psionic Storm for UT3. It fixes some bugs from the beta as well as adding in six new moves for you to use on your unfortunate competitors.
Installation:
Same as usual, just extract the files to your Unreal Tournament 3 game folder (where UTGame is, generally "C:\Users\...\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\")
Usage:
Active the mutator by placing it in the active mutators list under Settings->Mutators when creating a game. Highlight the activated option and click the configure button to set it up. In game hit the USE and CROUCH keys simultaneously to activate the in-game menu to select moves and more.
For more info open the archive and go to "UTGame\Help\Psionic Storm\releasenotes.txt" for better instructions.
