Welcome to Project Reality: Battlefield 2 (aka PR:BF2), a free to download game modification for the Battlefield 2 (aka BF2) retail Windows PC game. The focus of this mod is to rework the original game engine developed by Digital Illusions of Sweden (Dice) within legal and feasible constraints to create a more realistic combat environment for the gaming community. This includes adjusting various game play elements including physics, visual effects and overall game play formats. Along with changes to how the game handles, the Project Reality team has been introducing British, Insurgent, IDF forces, Canadian, and Russian factions, plus a number of community assisted factions are currently in the works to introduce even more factions to the virtual battlefields. This Mod is not for the masses, due to the fact that it has a much higher learning curve then your classic arcade game. This is the real deal.

I love PR, don't get me wrong, and the tree textures are nice, but they look all exactly the same size but maybe rotated differently, and the Bradley? looks pretty boxy. Strange, I thought the PR Bradley was much higher poly?

That's not a Bradley, it's a Warrior.

Ahh. The up armor plates make it look blocky from that perspective, but I see it now.

lol i have BF bad company 2 but i like project reality way more
bfbc2 is WAY to arcade and simplified (for noobs and 10 yo kids)
this mod is a much harder, realistic, and larger battlefield experience
i even begin to think battlefield 3 cant even beat this mod its prob. gonna be just as simplified as bfbc2 with only 4 classes pure arcade and ****...And they anounced bf3 will be unmoddable!!thats just a stab in the back off the mod community so they can release more dlc and make more money instead off getting beaten by briliant mod devellopers who make a better game then the original even with all the dlc and expansions like this mod right here!I love it and i thank the developpers for it i hope they get a good payed job at dice so they can learn dice how it has to be done XD keep up the great work!

That means they cant make a game without community. they should add modding. this would improve it. :-D
