arms a littel longer, in fact they look a little short, that's about it, everything else looks good

Eh, those claws give off too much of a Freddy Krueger vibe. I think what makes Slenderman so interesting is that he doesn't look very "monstery". Kinda has that Gman thing going, accept with a slightly skewed anatomy to add a bone chilling hint of being inhuman.
Well it looks good, but need to add some more detail in the body, and make the arms longer, making him almost drag his arms when walking.
With "Add some more detail in the body" I wanted to mean that you could make his body scorched, or at least more skeletal, making his flesh sticked to his bones would help a lot in making the game more scary. Just follow what I said and listen to the others and you sure are going to make him fantastic.
Well, it's looking good so far, however I would agree with everyone else here that his arms need to be a lot longer. Remember, your motivation should be swinging ropes or limp hoses.
Also, I don't think that he really needs the whole 'protruding-claws' kind of thing. He wasn't really built for Wolverine-like-combat, but more for complete fear, a towering figure that brings complete despair with its long, reaching tendrils.
The face is good, I'm definitely liking the skull approach you've taken and the body is very slim, which obviously, is very good. Just remember that you're going to need the suit too, it makes his image.
And while we're on the subject, is he going to be able to stalk around, Doc-Ock style on protruding tentacles from his back? Because that'd be both awesome and terrifying.
In the end, just keep doing what you're doing and I'm sure it will turn out well.

You could just skin this one with flesh tones and make him into The Rake (look it up)
Agreed. And the Rake was creepy as hell.
The eye dents are too deep, and the mouth is too defined. Tone it down a bit, add the suit, and then you have slenderman.

Slenderman doesn't have claws, he just has really long fingers. Tendrils, if you will.
Ok there is obviously something you guys haven't noticed yet. The fingers are going to be rigged like the fingers of the slenderman. Right now its in its un-rigged state but it doesn't look like that right now. I will be sure to make the arms longer too.

oh yeah, he needs to move very slow. Now I don't know if that'll work in a gameplay perspective, but please consider.
Well, we don't decide how SM wants to scare the humans. The player does. But we give them restrictions, like not being able to obstruct the human's path.

if you look at some slenderman photos he holds himself up by his arms and his legs dangle down, this might be a good creepy effect
Take out the eye sockets (remember, he has a completely blank face), don't use Freddy Kruegerish Claws, make his arms a lot longer and it will be perfect
