PeZBOT is a multiplayer bot-mod for Call of Duty 4 and World at War. The aim of the mod is to introduce relatively life-like A.I. to local multiplayer games so those who choose not to go online or prefer to practice against bots before doing so, can. This mod is no longer in development but feel free to download the source code, create your own version and share it in the forums.

PezBots has much to improve on, like the fluidity of bot movement, but otherwise they suffice in providing a satisfactory offline multiplayer experience.

Good bots.

One more reason for CoD4 to be a real keeper, compared to the other, later CoD titles. It's good that PezBot's editable out of the box. Even better that we've been given its source code. Seeing that the other mods are getting around to using this too(DemonMod, BOIImod, SW:GW) is awesome.

It does what it says. but with a few annoying flaws. Definitely still worth the download given the flaws, though.

Used pezbots for cod4. Bots are too easy even for starters and the movement is looking weird and all. However it's very helpful to learn playing in multiplayer.

Given the lack of bot support in Call of Duty 4 and World at War, it's great to see the community creating offline bot support for those who don't like to play online or just want to play game modes that aren't played so often.

This review is based on PeZbot for Cod4 modern warfare, played on team-deathmatch, hardcore mode, mostly 3v3.
Pros:
-fun for training offline; bots don't cheat :)
-no crashes; no lag in 3v3
-all official maps are supported
Cons:
-bots just use the same paths/waypoints over and over
-starting from level 1 and having to unlock everything again
