I am absolutely loving this mod so far. The lore, the depth, the factions, everything. There's a few things I'm left wondering about and perhaps could be improved in future versions. So here are my suggestions/questions:

1. "If it ain't broke don't fix it" I'm referring to the changes to buying/selling items. (edit: found the option to revert to normal buy/sell system)

2. The zann invasion is a great addition but man does 150 days go by quick (edit: can be changed in settings). I was still a lowly recruit in a lords army when they came and within a week of coming they own half the map (in a month two factions gone). Idk how anyone is dealing with this without cheats. Perisno is tough as nails and getting a decent income and army takes time. Even in native 150 days is hardly enough time to be reasonably established.

3. Where is the view faction relations chart? How do i know which factions are at war with which factions and my relations to them? Was this moved somewhere? removed entirely? I cannot seem to find it. It's extra dangerous fast traveling the map when i don't know who i'm warring with.

4. The text log goes all the way up the screen. In a large battle, about 1/2 of my screen is who killed who so i have to turn off casualties. I like seeing casualties. So far i haven't found a way to reduce the size of the text box.

5. I courted a lady and asked her if we had a future together. She said her father would never allow it blah blah as i hadn't asked permission to see her yet. Then my auto response was, "Let's get married at once!" Next scene was the wedding. I have to say while this was quite hilarious... I don't think that worked as intended.

6. Some of the siege battles are absolute cancer and need reworked. For the most part i like the diversity and aesthetics.. but i can think of several i would be able to defend entirely on my own (one skinny ladder assaults tactically make no sense) and a town i recall where all troops on both sides pile into the closed main gate swinging weapons and doing nothing to each other. There's a few towns/castles that spawn the defenders too far from the access points and the walls can be swarmed before defenders even have a reasonable shot at defending. When its easier to attack than defend something is not right..
While aesthetically pleasing, many of the siege battles are just not practical.

7. I seem to be unable to add money to the treasury through dialog. I ask the chamberlain to inspect the treasury and he tells me the balance is whatever and i simply say never mind then with no option to add/withdraw. edit: I did eventually figure out the number pad commands.

8. The boat battles...OMG WTF lol... every. single. one. I end up with groups of men on the ocean floor. clearly a bug and while hilarious is also frustrating as these battles don't end and rounds have to be restarted.

That's all for now. I'm sure there's more that i can't think of at the moment and new ones will arise. Thanks again for the amazing mod. Keep up the great work.
