Replaces dialogue, text and sprites in the Papers, Please Beta, setting it in the world of the Peppers, Please thread over on the Steam Community Discussions. Based in East Spicestin of Pepperstotzka, you must welcome returning Pepperstotzkans and deal with foreigners from West Spicestin, Saltechia; smugglers and forgers from Cobrastan; refugees from Eggteria and Republia(?); workers from Shrimpor and the United Falafaliation, as well as having to face the Order of the EZIC Salt.
It's been quite a while since Peppers, Please 2... Peppers, Please! is otherwise finished but during testing it kept crashing, which makes it unsuitable for official release. However, I will unable to do any more development due to an upcoming holiday. To avoid too much of a delay, I have decided to give you what I have done so far - though obviously I can't expect someone to do the crash fix for me (however convenient it will be).

Here is the download, although I don't particularly recommend playing Peppers, Please! due to the aforementioned crashing issue, standard procedure of unzipping to the Papers, Please Beta directory and using the appropriate .bat file (PeppersPlease3.bat for Peppers, Please!): Mediafire.com

Just a few things before people suggest things all of a sudden, as well as hints towards future expansions and what I can do with them.
Includes some changes to the original Peppers, Please; a new 'Peppers, Please 2' expansions; and censored scanner images (may release as standalone).
A 'beta' version of the game, which may have unpolished artwork, sprites and dialogue. And this mod was actually released on the 29th of May instead...
