Long ago, when the word 'Hiigara' rang only as a hollow dream, the kiith of Kharak never imagined they would walk the Path to Victory. But, when they reclaimed their Homeworld and proclaimed themselves 'Hiigaran', they believed they had reached their goal. How wrong they were. 150 years after Hiigaran landfall, conflict rages across the Galaxy... Path to Victory is a multiplayer and skirmish mod for Homeworld 2 that adds new units to both Vaygr and Hiigaran Races as well as enabling the Keepers, Raiders and Kadeshi as playable races.
Being antisocial as I am, I figured I'd practice my rethorical skills by putting together a video that shows the keeper's abilities and how they will work in alpha 006.
Hope you can understand what I'm saying (and sorry for the bad editing).
Enjoy
Haha you sounded fine and quite different to how I thought you would, maybe a little quiet however
That's most likely a mike issue (only have a laptop mike and the audio in is broken - talk about annoying).
No I thought you would have an accent or something haha I dunno
My parents are from the states and I grew up speaking english though I never lived there, which is probably why there's no discernable accent - only me struggling for words from time to time cause the english term escapes me.
Haha cool man and good job again
Cool, a video with a developer commentary. I actually started to make such video a week ago, but I didn't finish it and I can assure you that I never will, can't stand my voice.
You have a lot of really very nice features here, drones and power generators, all the things which can attach to each other.
You could show more of the drone connecting, at least in detail and with more ambient light.
That's too bad. I don't really like my own voice either (or spending 2 hours listening to it while I try to synch the audio to the images) gut I figured it was worth the pain to try something new.
I can only agree with what you say abou showing the stuff in greater detail. About half way through comentating I began to realize how hard it is to see stuff. But I figured I'd save the learning experience for next time rather than spend another few hours getting better material and in the end giving up-
In my case it would cause even more pain to other people.
Well there's good thing about it, if someone really wants to see it, it will make him to download it. :)
But yeah, if you'll do it next time more up close and on a lighter map, then it will be perfect and I'm looking forward to it.
impressive!I admire your editing!
