Long ago, when the word 'Hiigara' rang only as a hollow dream, the kiith of Kharak never imagined they would walk the Path to Victory. But, when they reclaimed their Homeworld and proclaimed themselves 'Hiigaran', they believed they had reached their goal. How wrong they were. 150 years after Hiigaran landfall, conflict rages across the Galaxy... Path to Victory is a multiplayer and skirmish mod for Homeworld 2 that adds new units to both Vaygr and Hiigaran Races as well as enabling the Keepers, Raiders and Kadeshi as playable races.

Description

Presenting the most radical Keeper Gameplay change so far, the removal of the Sleeper as a Carrier unit (though the Keeper will return as their shipyard sometime in the future).

These images show only the Keeper of Amun Harbinger (the Keeper of Sabtah Harbinger will work the same way) and the array of module combinations the ship can take.

The Harbinger is designed as the main Keeper Combat ship, capable of providing fire support, repairing drones and producing new combat vessels.

Possible Modules are:

Rear Slot:
- Drone Uplink: Allows Drone Research and Production
- Autonom Uplink: Allows Autonom Research and Production
- Capacitor Module: Grants 60% damage bonus but no prodcution capability

Forward Slot:
- Plasma Battery: Disables targets and deals acceptable damage
- Phased Ion Battery: Deals high damage but does not disable

It's worth noting that the Harbinger has an innate docking bay and Phased Ion Array. A maximum of three Harbingers can be built at one time and they complement the Keeper's production capacity quite nicely.
