A mansion that is located in forest. Still not sure if there should live person that is friend or enemy of player and resistance overall.

Useable by player? Of course. This is normal building made by "ww2" floors/walls and VisAreas. It has fully accessable interior. (And the owner is obssesed with wallpapers with flowers :D )
This looks like some 3ds preview maybe but in real I've only switched terrain/skybox/water off to look it more interesting.
