Have you figured it out yet? Just started, it's pretty easy. In the options menu under advanced, make sure the "Enable console" button is ticked. press the `~ key to open it up. Type in changelevel paranoia and it should start right up. Be sure you have the three files directly in the Maps folder, and not in the pa folder. Good luck!
PS -- Like I say, just started this but seems like good creepy fun so far!
Is there some sort of wall walk mod for this game? I remember playing a map like this and wishing I could walk on the M.C. Escher stairs...
