There isn't much in the skybox right now aside from the citadel, but there will be more of a city in the final version, once I've got the skybox finished.
Nice canal. My only advice is to maybe add a few more pieces of junk in the water, add a few more things in the 3d skybox, and (although you are probably already planning this) put some metro cops up on those guard towers to shoot at you. Other than that, the lighting in that corner looks a bit chopped, but maybe that's just me.
All in all, nice job.
