Opposing Force 2 A Half-life 2 Modification. Opposing Force 2 is a whole new adventure, focused on a whole new gameplay. Adrian Shephard must run for his main objective while passing through the downtrodden City 14, the strongly poluted outskirts, the dangerous Underground Complex, and much more environments. The game will include a single-player adventure, together with Multiplayer and Cooperative to bring to the player a whole new view of the Half-Life 2 universe.

So, we have the return of our fast, jumpy and annoying alien: The Snark.

First of all, there isn't a real reason for this to appear in the storyline, the snarks are vanished. So we decided to put the snark as a secret weapon (Just like the Incendiary Grenades). They will be found in the very beggining (Xen) in hidden caves, and also, big chapters like Outlands, Forestal Ambush and Underground Complex. On the Forestal Ambush chapter, we have huge maps, that means a bunch of secrets and Easter Eggs on one single map. Player will be able to carry 20 at a time, since it's a secret weapon.

We also confirmed the Shock Roach weapon, you'll be able to use it if you put a Shocktrooper down. The Shock Roach will jump at you, and, you'll get it as a weapon.

Yeah, the list is so big I'm not sure if I forgot about any weapon. But well, that's it.

We would also like to say we are migrating to the Ep. 2 engine. Since we don't have a release date planned yet (We're thinking about 2010), the HL2 Graphics will get overused and old. So Ep. 2 Graphics should be pretty helpful.

Thats fantastic news the gunlist + the fact that you will use EP2 engine.. Everyone can still play your mod all what people need to do is to download the source EP2 game code in steam under tools.

Lets just hope we will see your mod hopefully in 2010.

The AR2 and MP7 could use better skins/models all together. I had to search to see what a Sako TRG looked like. Instead of using another Heckler and Koch weapon that Valve seems to like prefer. Most people seem prefer bolt action sniper rifles.
