The game takes place in the eve of the Seven Hour War. Fighting against blood shedding synths and frightening aliens, Adrian Shephard has to struggle his way with his fellow comrades from the Phoenix Command, with the main objective of stopping the construction of a Combine Citadel. In his journey he will find what has happened to the world, moments before the Seven Hour War.

I notice that some of the lights on the ceiling appear to be on yet they are making no physical light but, I can assume that's because it's a Work In Progress. Other than that looks like a rundown subway (That's a great thing that it just looks like rundown subway).

Hi, why abandoned? Does the city has abandoned subway if the 7 hour war has begun just at the modern time?
I mean it can be abandoned in City 17 but not in the modern city... or I missed something?
