Probably. I hope they simply designate it as a generic precision opted AR-15, no need for redesign then.
This is clearly based on Tokyo Marui's horrible budget that went into manufacturing SR-15/SR-16 replicas. They should atleast add a gasblock, so it doesn't look like a car running without an engine(Call of Duty, Medal of Honor).
