This Modification is set in the RA1 Universe it is named: 'Operation Flashback' like the experiment Dr. Albert Einstein does to prevent the second Worldwar by dropping Hitler into a no-time dimension. After he came back the world and the history have completely changed: Stalin has conquered most parts of Europe with his Red Army and overcast the country's with his dictatorship.
