not a fan of the gold plasma coils, rather they be blue. but that's just my opinion.

textures are great!

Nothing wrong with opinion. That's one of the reasons for posting the images.Someone else might have an idea or spot something we didn't think of.

The idea behind the colour was two fold.It adds a bit of warmth
to an otherwise drab scheme. And it was intended to have the look of a copper Heatsink/Radiator.

The glowing plasma look is on the cards.Although it's not always easy to realise in this engine. There's no special materials or shaders to accomodate it.In this case,I suppose it could be faked,as the gun wouldn't really move much.

I'll be keeping it in mind.

looks more copper ish to me and in that sense it looks fine. the coils would really only glow when being fired :P

idk about that, other forms of plasma weapons seem to always be glowing in most if not all other illustrations i'v seen so far.
even on miniatures.

and true it is more like copper than gold hah

well I was speaking out of real world experience as I play with plasma, gauss/coil guns, & high voltage resonance transformers xD

Description

Again this model is based on the older versions out there.
With the exception of the hubs for the rollers and drive sprockets.
Textures are still in the works.

But it is already functioning in-game.
