As explained multiple times + also mentioned in the Guide: Yes
seems like it takes way too many shots to kill people.
That's because the enemy guys were all close to their Juggernaut, they regenerate. It's meant to be hard to kill people who work as a team. Once you kill their Juggernaut they will die quicker.
Where did you get the sounds for the jeeps? They are the same sounds that Empires mod uses
Those are default Half-Life² sounds for vehicles

Yes, I hope they wont mind, it's an ode to AvP2 as is the hit indicator sound to Quake3:Arena. And Duke Nukem did his own ode to the voice commands as Jon St. John did those :)
This guys really gives his voice to every game xD No More Room In Hell also use his voice for the Nation Guard NPCs.
