Nova Aetas is set in the world of Calradia, but in a later period. The Old Medieval World is vanishing. A new era is coming and you, the player, will experience this. Nova Aetas is Latin for A New Era. The main targets are realism & extended gameplay.

1. Install full v2.0.1 with all fixes:

Moddb.com

2. If you don't have any problems with running M&B, I recommend to install this New Shaders addon:

1. Install v2.0 (full game) Moddb.com.

2. Install v2.0.1 (patch) over it Moddb.com (not savegame compatible).

3. Install two hotfixes to fix beverages/water disappearing in shops and to fix autowinning battles and formations being used in sieges.

Having trouble installing 4.1.2. I noticed the files were organized in an odd way in the rar. After extraction file structure is modules>novaaetas4.2>modules>novaaetas4.1 The game does not appear in the launcher dropdown list so it is apparently not installed correctly. Is the 4.2 part meant to be a drop in replace for files in 4.1?

I dragged the 4.1 folder up to the top modules folder where I know it should be and it now appears in the launcher. The 4.1.2 folder just appears to have shader files in it that I am not that interested in and I do not know where they are supposed to be so just left them separate. Still curious if I have all the files I need or not.

Hello, I am having an issue loading the game. I downloaded Nova Aetas (v2.01)(the full file, not the patch) from moddb and i extracted it to the M&B Warband folder, (the one with the launcher), and after everything extracting, I closed file explorer, loaded up M&B Warband, and selected Nova Aetas, I was extremely excited to play the game, but it didn't even load it all the way. It stopped about 25% through loading, and crashed me to the desktop with the error exactly as follows:
"RGL ERROR Unable to open file: CommonRes\wb_mp_objects_a.brf"
That, and the fact that the specified file doesn't even exist, makes me think that I have either
A) Extracted it to the wrong place
or B) Accidentally deleted the file somehow
