This is a total conversion of Sins of a Solar Empire. five new playble races will be introduced each with differing play styles and apearances. The focus of this mod will be small and large scale fleet stratagy and empire building.

Metagame
A huge Super intellegent A.I. these immobile Cybers are some of the most intellegent beings in the universe with each station equating to thousands of human scientists working together. Whilst not on the same scale as say a Herald (cyber super Cap) they are still massivly intellegent and whilst their existance has never been witnested by humans they have been predicted as existing (like Frankium) through various paterns and dismantlings of cybers. Meny scientists consider these structures as the holy grails of their field and that capturing even one would project humanity hundreds of years forward technologicaly speaking. However both the T.E.F. and U.C.I. have told their scientists that a mission to retrieve one of these fabled beings would be both fool hardy and fruitless.
