Welcome to Calradia, the year is 1717, and the smell of sulfur hangs in the air. Musket fire and cannonades echo across the land as Calradia is once again beset by war. Our story begins in the declining Calradian Empire of the 18th century, it's borders bombarded ceaselessly by countless enemies that surround them. Fight with daring riflemen, dashing Hussars or battle hardened grenadiers under your command as you serve the modern nations of Calradia or begin your journey as the Emperor or Emperoress in this land of chaos.

The many soldiers of the Commonwealth of Alvion! One of the many upcoming factions being introduced to Calradia: Imperial Age.
Who are the Alvion supposed to represent?
Britain/the United Kingdom, by the looks of it. Scottish Highlander troops here with their kilts, English Royal Footguards in the other picture he posted.
Need to throw a United States-like faction into this at some point or another.
I don't think a US faction would make sense, and I thought the swadians were supposed to be a mix of French and British?
Makes sense because of the whole Barbary Wars (and interventions in North Africa and the Mediterranean)/War of 1812 thing, which ties into the whole Napoleonic Era/imperial theme of this mod. They could be squeezed in somewhere. And plus, it would make for a nice change of things to see a democratic republican faction included.
And I too thought the Swadians were supposed to be a British-like faction with French overtones, but I guess not. I was hoping they'd become more Prussian, but that's honestly not something that's that big of a deal to me.
In the end, as long as there's still a living mod, that's all that counts for me.
Well people weren't too happy with me deciding to make the Swadians a mix of French and British, so I decided to make them fully Austrian, but they still have red uniforms (Since that's the national colour.) To make up for the loss of the French/British faction, I am now making two factions that are fully French and British, the Commonwealth of Alvion, and another who's name I'm going to keep a secret.
I *may* make a U.S themed faction to the far west, where "Balion" is supposed to be.
That would be cool! I really like the 1812 US uniforms!
