Nice! Comparing to your other mods, this was a huge improvement, especially on the design. You detailed the lower floor greatly, good job!
Unfortunately, it was bit lacking on everything else ^^. How excatly did the string unlock the door, what was the lever floor?
You could also add a storyline, it has a huge impact on the story. Usage of the .lang file also makes the mod seem a lot better ^^ Picking up an item without name is is a bit unimpressive.
But overall, you're getting better and better! Keep making mods, keep learning and keep getting better and better. You're on the right tracks, my friend! Remember also that you can contact me whenever you want, to help you on scripts or whatever if I can help!
