Haha. I love the rocket launcher and machine gun.
Plus, it's quite nice to see a new character model in mods. Especially one so unique.
Though, it looks like he might be static. Did you keep his upper body rigged so he could still use animations?

Yeah, I was mainly referring to the way he is in a wheel chair with mounted weapons. That and he is a pretty good reskin.

I really hope this minigun and rocket launcher is here for fun and not in-game version of model.
IMO it will look ridiculous in-game. Sort of a mood-killer. :/
Although not necessarily a moodkiller, i agree the rocketlauncher is in a rather unrealistic position that will be impossible to be fired properly without looking weird.
Instead of putting it on the fragile looking stick at head hight, you might want to consider putting it at the same height the rocketlauncher is positioned for a more stabile look.
