I supose the player wont be able to aim downsight, so its a fair trade between firepower and acuracy. While this system be available for all pistols, or is this kinda of a special thing that is only for a set of pistols??

Yeah a pretty solid trade, no iron sights for this twins, when you hold the second mouse buttom the pistols gets a little closer to each other for a little bid better accuracy, still good enough :D Recon is going to have so much fun with these bros !
