the soviets commanders decided to reopen the ekranoplane battleship file ,enhancing it to become a more powerful dreadnought ..
as a successor of the mighty dreadnought it is armed with 4 long ranged misseles to destroy any building with an ease also being a hover jet plane gives it a high speed making it very effective in reaching far targets
however as still being an experimental unit it is too expensive and weak against enemy defenses and submarines
most effective against unmovable targets like buildings and slow moving units
It looks a bit weird, but that just makes it cool ;)
