Metal Gear Crysis mod

Being a huge crysis fan, and a huge fan of the metal gear series, I'm very serious about starting a project to make a conversion mod that will allow the player to experience Metal Gear Solid 4 on the pc. I have allot of ideas, and honestly I don't think it'll be that difficult to conjure a high quality mod. But first I need a team, a good team. I need people that are looking into doing something serious. Not some half baked mod that looked like it was made by an 8 year old while he was messing around with the map editor. -Need Someone thats good at modeling and textures. Models for all the characters won't be that hard since the ones in crysis already have good figure. Just need some appearance tweaks. Sound, Id like for all the sounds to be similar if not the same as the ones from MGS4. --I'll update more requirements and what now when I have some feedback and or offers. And maps, someone who can make large detailed maps recreated from MGS4.
