Pelargir is a Numenorean city, just like Minas Tirith, Osgiliath etc so we used the meshes of Minas Tirith. So it's supposed to be that white. But we are gonna put clutter in it and some of this white will be covered in the end ;)

Wow, looks awesome. Why is it so mountainous, though? I got the impression that Lebennin was meant to be rather low-lying.

It's not mountainous. The hill seems to be too close but in fact it's far away ;)

Now that is a cool thing, oblivion always needed more huge mountains looming in the background. This should really add to the atmosphere of the landscape. Oh, and the city is looking great so far aswell. Keep up the good work!
