1. Yes, by climbing a staircase of lots and lots of stairs inside thr tower.

2. Depends on you ;) But there aren't only orcs in there, but Wargs and Uruks too.

This is Isengard prior to Saruman's betrayal (the way it will be right at the start of the mod) so there aren't any fires. There is a pic with the fires further pack in the images though ;) .
