Great. So now we'll have Swan Knights.
Yep. This is the Knight of Dol Amroth armor. The Dol Amroth Men at Arms armor will be different and a little lighter, but with the same helmet and shield.

Will it be a joinable faction?
Hmmm. You mean will the Knights of Dol Amroth in specific be joinable? That is a ways in the future. It is possible as we want to have military paricipation in the game. There may be other means of obtaining the gear, through favor with Imrahil or quests or other such things. And of course it will be lootable, IF you can kill one of these guys (they will be extremely tough).
