Since this is the skins and ideas page, I might as well talk about some units you could add

Harakoni Warhawks and Elysians if possible, basically the airborne of the 40k universe

I would like to see both the Elysian drop troops, and the Harakoni Warhawks in the mod. I'm not sure, but I think they would probably need new models (at least for equipment/heads etc).

I would also like to see IG regimental standards, and standard bearers, in the mod. Would any other IG fans like to see them?

For Harakoni, they look a bit similar to the Kasrkin (elite1-4 Cadian 212th) except with a more tannish look.

The real challenge would be adding grab chutes instead of parachutes.

Elysians on the other hand would probably need new models

probably isnt that good but its something, Main things i see wrong are the left shoulder having the wrong emblem and also I feel like its not "dark enough" please leave your opinions?

It seems that the Tempestus Scions are very similar in looks to the Steel Legion stormtroopers. How about a bit of texture change to the SL stormtroopers and wallah!! We suddenly have Tempestus Scions.

True - the Harakoni Warhawks do look a lot like the Cadian Kasrkin. And they are also armed with hellguns. As stated, the problem would be with showing the grav packs. Some things would be a lot simpler if we only had a DOW style "army painter" in Mowas 2. Pity that can't be exported like the models can. Then we could have a whole lot of different regiments represented. And What's not to like about camo pattern combat fatigues!!

perhaps a more impressive model for the infantry based heavy stubber would be good.

Mortar and missile launcher HWTs for the IG.

And how about some good old IG Sentinels? What self respecting W40K mod would not include them?

I would not only like to see standard bearers for the IG, but also for the SM. There must be others who would like to see them as well!!!

About the Harakoni's weapons, they actually use Lascarbines even though they're stormtroopers (which doesn't make sense to me)

And for the Space Marine skins, they look amazing. The only problem with it though is I think that the Ultramarine's color is supposed to be lighter. Otherwise it's looks pretty good

The Alpha Legion should be a good idea (more Chaos legions).

Just a thought, regarding the IG heavy stubber. While the MG 42 does feature in some of pics of heavy stubber stand-ins, perhaps either a Japanese type 96 Nambu or a British Bren gun might be equally as good a choice. At least for the DKOK anyway. It could be scaled up a little to show some more bulk, in keeping with the idea of what seems to be magazine fed equivalent of a .50 calibre machinegun. And the Bren/Nambu rate of fire would probably be more in keeping with a heavy stubber.

Or alternatively, maybe the US .30 calibre machinegun from MOWAS 2 would fill the bill quite well. Or maybe even the British Lewis gun would be a good substitute (for SL maybe).

I do plan on changing it to a 30 cal

Sorry about the wrong info on Harakoni Warhawk weapons. i didn't know a great deal about the Harakoni Warhawks, and when I did some research, I read an article by someone apparently well known in W40K circles, who stated that HWs were all classified as stormtroopers, and armed with hellguns. So I took this as being good information. Then after reading the comments by Rosinmonkey, I did some more research (on the Warhammer 40,000 Wikia), and found that Rosinmonkey was indeed right. So, my apologies for saying the HWs all use hellguns, when they actually use lascarbines.

Another idea. IG Conscripts armed with autoguns and autopistols. Apparently second line IG regiments were sometimes armed with autoguns. And, at tmes, autoguns were the weapon of choice for some first line regiments.

ok, so i would please you that the Imperial Fists get added as Space Marine chapter, because they are the most important ( in my opinion)

the second is, the sentinel and the Dreadnought should work like an eldar battlesuit and Titans would be interesting too

there are still a few bugs i want to Report that the lasergun turret is White, the baneblade is too big and doesnt reload, the baneblade with the bolters on ist side is a bit too big, the autocannon doesnt reload, the mk 102mg (or however ist Name is) doesnt work in any way :/ , you can see the leg of a space marine next to the turret of the predator and the poor spacemarines and their tanks die way too easy

i know this sounds like a lot of negative critics but it isn'nt, compared to the brilliant hole mod

Made an Imperial Fists 5th Company skin / faction. At the moment the vehicle skins overwrite the Blood Ravens ones as I couldn't figure out how to make a new vehicle set yet. Download it here if you like: Drive.google.com

Hi ye-olde, to create a new vehicle go to entity/-vehicle and find the folder for the vehicles you want (space marine tanks are in light and medium tanks) then copy the folder for the faction you want to copy (in this case blood ravens) for anyone else who wants to create vehicle skins: inside that folder will be the vehicle folders which contain the files needed to edit vehicle stats and skins.

Thanks Guardsman111, that was my issue though; originally I just copied the folder and changed the skins, but it didn't appear in the editor menu. Is there a specific file within the -vehicle/rhino (for example) folder that needs to be edited to make it appear in the entity menu?

Any progress about Chaos tanks ? I have beggon textures for tanks of Alpha Legion (with tanks already inside - since Space marines and Chaos have almost same tanks).

Ye-olde Yes you need to change the .def files same as with the human skins. I simply add (h) and (bp) on the end for harknian and blood pact tanks for example.

I know, don't worry I'm a moder (GAW mod), so it's easy for me
