i am translating this to mod to english so people can do the missions in english and under stand what they have to do in the game how many time do i have to say this

I don't speak vietnamese and and google translate does not translate the language that i am putting in the translator and if anyone can speak vietnamese good i am going to show an example right here and if you can read it and translate it to english oyur on the team:

The language is Cyrillic, windows format 1251, I'll decode it to Russian and give you the rough English copy as well:
Russian copy: "Чего тебе надо? В Зону!? Ты сдурел что ли!? Пшёл вон отсюда с такими расспросами, иначе позову сейчас ребят из мирного корпуса!!! Идиота кусок!"
English rough copy: "What do you want? In the Zone!? You sdurel something!? Pszczel out here with these questions, otherwise the guys will call today from the peace corps! Idiot piece!"
You can find the decoder, that I use, here: 2cyr.com just put the Cyrillic text in the first box and in "Select encoding" chose the first one below "Autodetect(recommended)" and click "OK" to the right of the "Select encoding" option. After that, the text will then be decoded into Russian and you can just translate it by highlighting it and using any convenient translator, like Google Translate, or whatever you use. Hope this helps!

Thats not Vietnamese, What ever file your trying to translate you don't have support for the font of that language.
i'm not the best at texturing but if any one can make a really good Ukraine Army Symbol for the mi-24e i would be happy to give you the original mi-24e skin but i really need a ukraine skin for the mi-24e in the images
