As usual, after a content patch comes a polish patch. This one rebalances and improves all those unique items I implemented two days ago ;-), makes those new 'uber' skills more useful and better looking, and more! If you downloaded 1.15 before, this patch is definitely worth the upgrade. Patch 1.15 was sort of rushed and incomplete. That's what I get for trying to beat a self-imposed deadline... ;-)
