After all this time, finally patch 1.14 is out! It consists mainly of a large amount of balance fixes. None of the issues fixed were disastrous, but I am a perfectionist. From drop rates to mana costs and negative timers at high skill levels, this patch fixes all!

Many of the more unused and/or bugged skills have been fixed and improved to make them worth using, most notably 'Barrage' and 'Raven Strike'.

Additionally, the mod is now more suited to multiplayer, where using the /players x command is unwanted or impossible. To this end, the 'Banish' spell has been weakened and base hit points at lower levels have been increased. This should reduce zerg tactics in multiplayer.

- 'Raven Strike': no longer does half damage.
- 'Vanquish': fixed hover text description; now has the correct duration.
- 'Avatar': no longer increases in duration with skill level (lag central).
- 'Possess': can no longer end up with a negative timer at very high level.
- Fixed some incorrect skill damage values in the character sheet.
- Baal now gives experience when you kill him in Nightmare and Hell.
- Removed bugged Treants from Act 3.

* Balance *

- 'Blindside': now homes in immediately, increased range.

- 'Doom Serpents': increased mana cost.
- 'Glacial Nova': increased freeze length bonus per level.
- 'Pandemonium': slightly decreased maximum damage.
- 'Punisher': changed from physical to magic damage.
- 'Ring of Light': decreased radius of the fire ring to make it more useful.
- 'Skarra Dawn': renamed to 'Shadow Avatar'.
- Freeze length reduced in NM and Hell.
- Modified item quality ratios to make rares slightly more common.
- Corrected unique and rare drop ratios of superuniques and set bosses.
- Increased Baal's damage and added 'Hunting Banshee' on striking.

* Misc *

- Did some preparations to implement unique items in the next patch.

* Not listed in changelog.txt *

- 'Barrage': added damage description.
- Baal can now properly set off 'Retaliate' and 'Retribute' effects.
- Slightly increased hit points of monsters in Normal to lessen the need for /players x.
- Corrected unique and rare drop ratios of champions and unique bosses, as well.
