you guys should really register at the forums then u guys could stay up to date with the releases... and what i mean by up to date is that brotherlaz make these batches in betas and gradually works up to a full release. so u could give some feedback and maybe help mold the game...
I have to know Laz why did you remove the Nightmare Curse off the Necromancer? Sorry to say but that was the Necromancers best Skill Nightmare Curse it was very helpful in Faustinville and many other locations cause Nightmare slowed down your enemies and made it harder for them to hit you! Personally 2 of the new skills that the necromancer has Widowmaker and buckshot are completely *** skills totally useless! Nightmare had alot of good combos! Sorry to say but you should have kept the Skill!
I'm afraid it's not the *skills* that are useless. Many people diss the crossbow skills but it turns out they didn't actually invest into strength because 'the necro isn't supposed to have strength' and they didn't get Howling Totem, Death's Fury Totem NOR Famine and are surprised that their damage is low.
Nightmare was removed because it was useless, by the way. Why bother slowing enemies when you didn't have a ranged attack because... Buckshot and Widowmaker didn't exist yet.
Btw, if you want to slow enemies, there's Talon's Hold for that now, which you can easily apply to the whole screen with ...Widowmaker.
How is nightmare useless when you can slow them down then blow them away with DeathStrike! Not to be rude or anything! Your doing a marvelous job but i found it easier and a great combo! I just do'nt understand how Buckshot is anygood! Nightmare just helped me out that's all the void is good cause he does the same thing but when he isn't around its hard to survive! This mod is like Jurassic Park there's alot of Screaming and running away!

If you've downloaded files off of moddb before, then you should know that its been like that for years. They've updated it recently making the downloads more simple and faster to get to. Damn, I never get to try disintegrate. and now is gone. it would be awesome if you would bring it back as a normal uberskill. or anyone has a save that i at least can try it once ???

I actually looked at the rune list, it wasnt there. unless u mean that its on the random drop. i saw it as an oskill, i thought it would be a rune word.

You need LoD 1.10, 1.11 or 1.12.
he probably means the whole game, since he has to install the whole game if he wants to try out the mod.

and then there is plugy.it works with patches before 1.12 but i think there is a new release which works with 1.12(i'm not sure about this but there is a way to have plugy and use patch 1.12,visit median's forum for further information)
but then again the mod is great. the only thing that matters for me from diablo are the Skills, the story line is making me sick. the back to hellfire story line was something quite creative and different.
opinion:
one more thing, ive noticed that some parts of your sorceress uber tree is based on wizards "arcane" skill tree, maybe is a coincidence, but just in case can you build the original diablo 3 - arcane disintegration skill ? it would be something like the "Diablo" red lightening attack.
then again i heard you are quitting the whole modding thing or you wont be making new skills so dont get this opinion quite seriously, its just an opinion, the idea came over since i thought your following the diablo 3 skill trees.
Uh, what? Time Field was implemented HALF A YEAR BEFORE Diablo III. Disintegrate merely happens to share a name (it's an instakill nova on a timer) and it has been removed in 1.A9.
I took exactly 1 skill from Diablo III, and that's Disintegrate - which appears on the /amazon/ as Death Ray in the bloodwitch tree.
yeah i used that. but couldn't you use the Original lightening model ?? the original one resembles a lot to disintegrate but its while with blue edges. you could have make it red with white edges. but obviously you have tried that, and it didnt worked i guess.

I Have to admit the new Skills for sorceress are quite amazing and good replacement. specially Leonardo :P. everything's cool except the black road uber skill, since it has been already a normal skill, it wont be a motivation to get it quickly, as i said before last time i played disintegrate was the only reason i kept moving on.

I've no idea why Arcane Fury would ever have been a 'normal skill'. Ennead Challenge skills aren't normal skills. It has been moved up to the Black Road Challenge reward slot because you don't really need maxed FCR in Hatred difficulty, but you do need an instant heal.
the funny part is that the archivist became my favorite character, i actually liked him a lot. i figured something was wrong, but i said "what the hell" as long as its cool. i wanted to play it as my first D3 playtrough.

By reading the provided readme...
median uses it's own patch_d2.mpq and it's the only file it uses.replace it with vanila d2's patch_d2.mpq and u can play vanilla d2 again.

Blindside does that, yes. The other 209 character skills don't. But hey, god forbid there's a quirky skill in the game. This particular skill requires tactics on the part of the player, so of course it is rubbish because you lack tactics. Epic.
