Download the Patch and double click
Freelancer Mod Manager will ask you to deactivate the Mod before you overwrite it,
Deactivate,
Then click yes to overwrite your current Rebalance mod with the updated files.
Once the patch is applied you can re-activate Rebalance and choose your options.
