My goal with this mod was to remove the flash effects that occur when entering slowmotion and when using painkillers to make the game more epilepsy friendly. This is a mod i originally made to make the game less flash intensive for my own enjoyment however i figured others with/or without epilepsy would enjoy it as well.
Disabled flickering lights and fullscreen lightning effects
Disabled damage flash effect
Disabled muzzle flash on weapons
Camera no longer shakes when near an explosion
Minor tweaks to slowmotion during and speed.
