MAW or Men and Women is an overhaul mod for Victoria 2 that uses HPM as a base. Though it is technically an alt-history mod there is no rhyme or reason for overarching changes. Things were done just to be different or interesting. Please do not be offended by any of the choices I have made for this mod, this isn’t supposed to be taken seriously.
UPDATE: MAW should no longer randomly crash! The heinous bug is fixed (it had something to do with the history/units folder)! Feel free to play any country now!
Feel free to use this mod however you please. If you feel inspired to do so I highly encourage you to modify/fix/change/overhaul anything you may want about this mod. All I ask is to be credited.

I'm really liking this mod so far but I have a problem while playing Bavaria, once I formed Alemmania I decided to go for the German Empire but even when I have all the german empire cores in my sphere and fill all the other demands it still tells me that I need to have all the cores under my sphere/rule (Is it because one province is under danish control? I have denmark in my sphere too so it shouldn't be that)
I'm glad you're enjoying it! Hm that's strange and its been awhile since I've looked at the German decisions but i'll give it another look.
What nations you can advise to try, with the most content?
Hi - the nations with the most flavor, events, and decisions just by sheer number are probably Cimbira, the Ruthini Khanate, and Angland, through its various paths. Most big countries have a decent bit of flavor, but some fun countries to play are Angland, Cimbria, the Netherlands, Frankland, Ruthini Khanate, Denmark and Venice. In the new world, trying to form the huge nation of Georgia is also fun, and in the mid east Irak has some flavor and is fun. Hope this helps!
not the mod creator but in 0.9.4 i had a lot of fun with frankland. on the discord too theres like a whole list of countries with events and stuff
um what exactly does this do? why is it called men and women? i don't get it.
It is a total overhaul of Victoria 2 in the sense that it adds new countries, cultures, and events. It is basically an 'alt-history', though, as the description says, it has no real historical rhyme or reason.
