Description
The work of many cycles, this device's one purpose is to end the Reapers. How has yet to be determined from a developer end, but rest assured no disappointments here

oh and also, while I love the model, Im sorry I just cant accept having the crucible in the mod...
its sole purpous is litterally defined as UBERWIN...but seeing as this book is a good one, lets see how you intend to implement it into the mod and what its primary function serves.
It's only a UBERWIN weapon when it connects to the citadel in Mass Effect...so maybe they alliance techs configured it to fire without the citadel...with significantly diminished power output.
I agree with Lockerd, what exactly would it do? All it did in ME3 was fly very slowly then create disappointment for the galaxy? I don't understand its purpose in the mod, perhaps if you explained what it would do...?
Seriously, I don't see the point in the negative karma, its a good question to be honest, its not offensive nor insulting, I merely wish to know how you would use it...?
I suppose it will act as a massive EMP? Similar to the kostura cannon.

Obviously, it won't be able to shoot a galaxy-wide pulse to kill everything Halo-esque style. Hell, we can't even figure out a way to do that with the Halo Array in Sins of the Prophets and a variety of measures were experimented with before we arrived at that conclusion. Even IF it was possible, it would be game-breaking to implement it thus. I therefore doubt that they will use the Crucible in that manner.
I must therefore confess curiousity on HOW it will be implemented, if i may be so bold as to ask.
Will most likely have a dual ability (You chose one) in which it allows you to destroy or control any reaper ship within a gravity well.

now that actually makes sense...right then, still have too many bad thoughts about the Crucible through the mass effect 3 ending, even the extended cut cannot excuse the fact it is a complete rip of Deus Ex.
however since to me the mod is more of an awesome unfinished book it makes for an awesome twist.
Umm...how about like this:
Loyalist: will disable every ship and structure on the targeted planets gravity well's for a good amount of time.
Rebel: will destroy every ship and structure on the targeted planets gravity well's including the planet (it will turn into a volcanic world)
The control option doesn't fell right IMO it's tome most creepiest ending of all of them.
I'm sure Reaper_Armada and I can figure out a good role for it.
Maybe have a third ability: Synthesis!
When you use it, the game ends and you get a victory screen that shows Casey Hudson laughing at you.

This is off topic for the image, but have you considered scaling up Harbinger? As the wiki states "The Reaper known as Harbinger appears to be of a unique subtype; Alliance intelligence identifies it as being the largest Reaper in the armada, and its design differs notably from the Sovereign-class subtype..."
I know you have your own off-canon sub-types, and I do think they are awesome as hell; but its just a thought.
Lol Add 3 options for this weapon and later on release an exctended cut for it so it becomes less powerfull but still does the job but more accuratly :D

Just putting it out there... the crucible was an alliance project. If you recall the council never actually commissioned it.
All the species worked together in the end. Alliance is part of the council so your statement doesn't't make any difference or supply any input for constructive criticism.
Im just a stickler for the little details. I didnt mean to say he was wrong for doing so i just noticed it and decided to point it out.
maybe this could as as a super weapon like the nova cannon...
like destroy all reapers in around a planet..
I think that it could be in it's original purpose:uberwin.
It should be just very expensive and require citadel to fire.
