the aft well deck is almost complete, just a few more details like the ship's frames and some machinery.
would we be able to explore like the 3rd Class Stairs, the 3rd Class Smoking Room (located under the Poop-Deck) and the bar thats also in the area?
yes, all public places will be made which means all corridors, restaurants, staircases, crew's quarters, officers quarters, cargo holds, engine room, boiler rooms ect. ect.
also many cabins will be made, not all as some cabins are just a direct copy of each other and therefore uninteresting to explore.
Could make it like Titanic: Adventure out of Time where only a selected number of cabins can be entered or populated with important characters that are required for whatever task your on.
